This blog is mainly intended as a space to track the various brews I concoct in my tiny San Francisco apartment kitchen. I’ve often read that it’s useful to keep a “beer diary” of sorts to track recipes, gravities, tasting notes, etc…, and all my attempts at doing this in an analog fashion have failed to date. So, with that in mind, I’ve opted for a digital version of sorts.
